No. We migrate active clients and their pass/membership balances. Card re-entry only where a processor requires it — we handle the client comms either way.
No. Every studio gets a free, branded booking page (yourstudio.bookcadence.com) that's yours from day one. If you already own a domain, or want one later, we'll point it at your page in minutes — but you're never blocked waiting on that.
You approve the staged studio before we go live. If anything's off, we fix it before the switch — not after.
Plenty of studios switch before renewal and run the last weeks in parallel. Tell us your renewal date on the fit call and we'll time the cutover around it.
